陕西省“丝绸之路青年学者论坛”西安理工大学分论坛 丝绸之路青年学者研讨会

　　西安理工大学是陕西省重点建设的高水平大学，是国家中西部高等教育振兴计划——中西部高校基础能力建设高校。学校是我国西北地区水利水电、装备制造、印刷包装行业高级专门人才的重要培养基地和科研中心之一。学校现诚邀全球杰出青年人才汇聚于古城西安（2017年11月15日-17日），就相关领域的前沿科技热点问题及个人成长成才、职业发展开展讨论。

　　Xi’an University of Technology (XUT) is one of thekey construction universities in Shaanxi province and one of the foundationalcapacity construction universities in “National Higher Education Revitalization Plan in Midwest China”. XUT is currently one of the research centers andcultivation bases for specialists in the fields of Water Resources andHydropower Engineering, Equipment Manufacturing, as well as Printing andPackaging in northwestern China. XUT is now sincerely to invite distinguishedyoung scholars from both home and abroad to apply for the “Silk RoadInternational Symposium for Distinguished Young Scholars (SRIS, 2017) ” to beheld in Xi’an from 15 to 17, November 2017.

　　研讨会旨在为校内外优秀青年学者搭建一个深入交流的平台，促进来访学者与西安理工大学相关学科和教师建立起实质性的联系与合作。藉此，也使与会学者深入了解国家西部战略，了解陕西省情省貌及西安理工大学发展动态，使有意加盟的杰出人才成为学校师资队伍的新鲜血液。

　　The objective of SRIS is to engage distinguished youngscholars in hot issues in the forefront of international scholarly community aswell as in individual and career development, and eventually build a platformfor in-depth understanding and academic exchanges. Meanwhile, visiting scholarswould have a better understanding of the development strategies in westernChina, Shaanxi province, and XUT. XUT would like to take this opportunity tofacilitate the communication and cooperation between the visiting scholars andXUT faculty, and to introduce talents recruitment schemes to the symposiumattendees to attract interested distinguished scholars to join in XUT.         2017年是西安理工大学第二届举办本研讨会。本届研讨会同时也是陕西省第二届丝绸之路青年学者论坛的分论坛。研讨会包括主题论坛、参观和学院分论坛三部分内容。主题论坛为与会学者介绍西安理工大学发展战略和学校的学科、人才、科研和研究生教育情况；学院分论坛方便与会学者与学院和学科负责人及校内教师交流，了解学院的工作环境、科研现状、实验设备、人才需求等。

　　This is the second time for XUT to hold SRIS as oneof the branches of SRIS in Shaanxi province in 2017. SRIS consists of 1 KeynoteSession,  and Parallel Sessions. KeynoteSession includes presentations about the development strategies, academics,faculty, research and postgraduate education in XUT. The parallel sessions indifferent schools consist of a series of activities including academicexchanges, lab tour, meetings with deans and members of faculty. Invitedscholars can thus have a clear vision on the working environment, research,infrastructure, talents needs, etc. of the visited school.

　　本次研讨会面向以下学科领域的海内外青年学者：

　　SRIS 2017 is geared to distinguished young scholarsfrom the following fields:

　　(1)机械与轻工 Mechanics & Light Industry

　　(2)材料、物理、化学与数学 Materials，Physics ，Chemistry& Mathematics

　　(3)电子、信息与控制 Electronics，Information & Control

　　(4)水利、环境与土木 Water resources, Environment & Civil engineering

　　(5)管理与经济 Management & Economics

　　(6)人文社科 Humanities & Social Science

　　申请条件 Requirements for applicants 

　　* 申请人具有博士学位，年龄40周岁以下，取得博士学位后具有2年及以上科研或工作经历。

　　Applicants should beunder the age of 40 (including 40) and have completed a Ph.D. degree with morethan 2 years working or researching experience.

　　* 申请人在所从事领域已取得突出的学术业绩，为同龄人中的拔尖人才，已获得学术界同行的高度认可。

　　Applicants should havedemonstrated outstanding academic accomplishments and reputation in a givenfield, having won the recognition in academic community.

　　* 申请人具有广阔的学术视野和创新思维，具备成为所从事领域领军人才的潜质。

　　Applicants should have abroad academic vision and innovative thinking with strong potential of futureleadership in a given field.

　　* 申请人学风严谨，遵守法纪及职业道德规范。

　　Applicants should alsobe dedicated to research, abiding laws and professional ethics.

　　（1）申请人可在西安理工大学网站首页点击查阅“丝绸之路青年学者论坛（2017）-西安理工大学分论坛”宣传通知，按照相关要求填写《西安理工大学丝绸之路青年学者论坛（2017）参会申请表》，并附申请人简历。

　　To apply for SRIS,please refer to “Silk RoadInternational Symposium for Distinguished Young Scholars (XUT 2017)”onthe home page of XUT, fill out the application form for SRIS (XUT,2017), andattach a CV.

　　上述《论坛参会申请表》和申请人简历作为附件一并发送至会务组电子邮箱：sris2017@xaut.edu.cn；电子邮件主题为：丝路论坛申请—姓名—供职单位—首选交流学院。

　　The application form and CV should be sent to the secretariat as attachments at email address: sris2017@xaut.edu.cn.

　　申请人简历主要信息为：姓名、性别、出生年月、Email、现供职国家或地区、现供职机构单位、中国大陆手机号码（如有）、首选交流学院（1个）、补充交流学院（1个）；个人教育和工作经历、研究领域及兴趣、学术业绩介绍（含论文清单），以及其他申请人认为必要的内容。以Word或PDF格式上传，中文或英文简历均可。

　　The attached CV should include the followinginformation:name, gender, date of birth, current working country or region, currentemployer, China mobile phone number (if any), preference for one School toexchange (only one), a supplementary choice of one School to exchange (onlyone), education background, research field and interest, academic achievements(including a list of publications), and other information that the applicantconsiders necessary.

　　* 本次研讨会不收取注册费用，西安理工大学为参会青年学者报销往返国际及国内旅费，并统一安排会议期间的免费食宿和机场、火车站接送。

　　SRIS charges noregistration fees. Domestic and international travel expenses will bereimbursed for each invited scholar. Accommodation during the symposium andairport/railway station ground transportation will be provided.
